- Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture/video of opening parcel to fusiondecorstore@gmail.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-12 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our warehouses. So once it leaves our warehouses, it will reach you :)

Yes, we do ship Worldwide!
-How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 5-7 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
For any orders that are under handloom weave like Chanderi and Kota Doria etc the ideal time of shipping is 15-45 days as these items are made on order.
-May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (4-5 days except the custom orders of handloom that usually takes 15-45 days). Email: fusiondecorstore@gmail.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and third party payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at fusiondecorstore@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
